Kia-Henry Nema

Kia-Henry Nema specializes in public policy, public health, and international development. With extensive experience in technical and advisory roles with stakeholders including government bodies, civil society, the private sector, and prominent international organizations, Kia-Henry has demonstrated expertise and a robust understanding of public policy and development issues in PNG.

He helped PNG Government developed the Final MDG Report 2015 and the PNG SDG Voluntary National Review report 2020, both of which were presented at the UN General Assembly. His work has supported the government in the adoption and mainstreaming of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, as well as supported numerous policies, corporate plans, strategies, and government reviews.

Kia holds a master's degree in public health and international development from Flinders University, South Australia, and currently serves as the National President of the PNG-Australia Alumni Association.
