AYESHA LUTSCHINI- Board Member
Ayesha is the Gender Equality, Disability, Social Inclusion and Safeguarding Lead on the PNG Australia Transition to Health program, an Australian Government initiative and managed by Abt Associates. With her passion to work in the space of young people intersecting with gender equality, governance and public policy, she finds herself sitting in Board positions with One-Woman Project and now Equal Playing Field. She was previously working as the Senior Program Manager on PNG Australia Governance Partnership, a fellow at the Resolution Project and the Royal Commonwealth Society. At 22, Ayesha co-founded ‘Meri Toksave’ which was responsible for the development of PNG’s first country wide directory of emergency services for those affected by family and sexual violence. She is a fellow at the Ayesha was a runner up for the 2013 Women’s Weekly Women of the Future Award and the 2016 Queen’s Young Leader Award. She holds Bachelor Degree in Social Science (Development), Bachelor Degree in International Relations & Peace and Conflict and has commenced Postgraduate studies in Governance and Public Policy.
